Do not trust this doctor with your child’s healthcare! She didn’t provide all of the information we needed on the medication she put my child on, lied about following up with us about his care, falsified medical records, then tried to have my child taken away by CPS because we missed 2 appointments when he was sick.
I had nothing but problems with this “doctor.” She doesn’t explain anything and I left there not knowing how to properly care for my child. I will never allow her to see my child again. I had to wait over 3 hours to see her.
My child has been a patient of Dr. Gardner for about seven years. she has always been thorough answered all my questions and provided excellent care.
