I am pleased that I have found Conviva! After I was signed in by a lovely staff member I was cared for by Renee Meyers a woman of high professionalism who was attentive, sensitive as well as humorous. I really have enjoyed having her as my doctor, however in the year of 2025, my appointment has been cancelled THREE times in a row. I have been trying to get into her since March 2025, cancelled, rescheduled to July, cancelled, today (Dec. 19, 2025), cancelled. She is so far scheduled out, I take the next available appointment with her, cancelled.
This woman was so unfriendly and cold. My 86 year old mom was her patient. She diagnosed her WITHOUT and blood work or medical "exam" prescribed medication that cost over $100. that conflicted with her other medication. When i attempted to ask a question, she dismissed me like a child. She ignored me and was not interested in any of my questions or communicating with me. I finally found a healthcare professional who knows what they are doing! Renee Lancaster-Cope and her nurse Renee Myers are the absolute best! I can't tell you how relieved I felt after my appointment. They were very patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable about getting me on track for better physical and mental health.
