I had a really disappointing experience with the on-call OB/GYN. She was extremely dismissive and spoke to me in a condescending way, as if I didn’t understand basic information and was wasting her time. This was a stressful moment for me, and instead of feeling supported or heard, I felt belittled and rushed. VERY poor quality care. My friend had a terrible experience. This doctor not only didn’t bother to look at her chart, she made assumptions and wrote off everything she had been TOLD to come in for. Writing off things like preterm labor and high blood pressure is ridiculous. Asking for malpractice. Don’t be in the medical field if you can’t handle basic bedside manner.
