The doctor and staff have been on top of my concerns. Eventhough I'm not trusting of doctors in general. I trust her. I would refer my loved ones to her w/out reservation.
Run a round over money and lack of knowledge as to how to code a patient for insurance purposes, they’re all about money and your health means nothing at all
I previously went to a male doctor because I was told by my NP at the time to go to him. They were checkups and I was not comfortable seeing him anymore so I was told by a friend to go here to see shiao. Her office told me they cannot see me because I saw a previous doctor 3 YEARS AGO!!! Please don’t go here if you expect a sympathetic doctor. It’s so obvious it is only about money here and not actually caring for patients that need help.
