I never received a call for my test results and haven’t been able to get a call back. As much as these things cost, there should be a checks and balances to make sure things are communicated Even mail a letter with the results would be a nice customer service thing to do. It has been over two months
She has gotten some what better, but still feel she thinks she is better than others.. not professional like others who take a minute to say hi, before/after a procedure .. She isn't real sure of herself in what she does IMO
