Good luck getting anyone on the phone; no matter if you are facing potentially life altering issues. I have never experienced this level of unresponsiveness and I am a rather patient person. Otherwise, when you can get in to see her - she is a lovely person.
Dr. Poole has been my primary care physician for nearly 4 years. Each and every visit with her, has been thorough, and she asks questions regarding any possible issues or concerns. Since my former primary care doctor retired over 10 years ago, I saw 3 different doctors before finding Dr. Poole. Dr. Poole addresses my health concerns with complete care and clarity. I couldn't be happier or more confident having her as my doctor.
A little over a year ago, I had a very poor experience with Dr. Poole. She was snarky, unpleasant, and made small comments that demonstrated her frustrations. I asked her if I could ask a simple question about birth control which she promptly responded "you'll have to make another appointment for that" before even seeing what my question was- which was a simple one that would not have taken more than a minute to answer. I did not enjoy my experience and will never return
