terrible doctor. i was being induced under dr connole, dr mason was on call at toledo hospital. it was about day 3 of being induced and i was 10cm ready to push, everyone is geared up and i’m pushing as a first time mom, she tells me i’m doing a horrible job her words “you’ll never see this baby pushing like that” first time mom here, an hour goes by, i’m sweaty, exhausted and fed up. she continued saying things that hurt my feelings throughout and making me feel awkward. she checks and finds out within that hour of being ta... read more
I had to stop going to her she was so terrible and actually I think she got in trouble and had a pending lawsuit against her. She’s not friendly, her communication is awful. She’s really mediocre and I would not recommend her to even someone I didn’t like
She does not deserve any stars. The worst medical professional I have been too. She does not listen, she rushes you out, and the wait time is always 45mins. She has too many patients and over booked. I called about medical issues I was having and her staff told me that Dr.Mason was really busy and I would hear back in a few days. Well I NEVER heard back! Don’t waste your time!!!
I should have taken the prior reviews to heart before i booked with her. She absolutely has no empathy, no bedside manner, will not take time to answer questions or problem solve with u. I took my mother with me on one occassion and she also said she was not very helpful at answering questions and came off as very rude. Her nurses.... they r very helpful and wonderful people. It's a shame when some doctors forget they r there to help patients understand and feel comfortable. Never again.
She doesn't seem to know what empathy is very poor bedside manner. She only anwsers questions with a headnod. She always forgets the breast exam every time with yearly pap!
