Terrible front desk staff at UVA health. I called this office to schedule an appointment and there was nothing to be done. The receptionist was very rude.
Doctor Ward is a fantastic doctor! She took over my case after my original surgeon was hurt and unable to do my surgeries. She is attentive, gentle and kind. She was a rock star on surgery day, and because of her skills, my recovery has been a lot easier than I could've imagined. I have friends who suffered the same conditions as me and they did not have the best experience with surgeons and hospitals...so I consider myself blessed to have Dr Ward and University of Virginia Medical Center to take care of me!
