Last night, Dr Renee Milan was very rude and very aggressive. Had a bad tone from the start she ended up screaming at my sister in front of my mom and me. It startled us all. Never in my life would I have ever imagined coming to an ER and putting my trust in a Doctor that doesn’t understand how to treat patients with respect. My sister begged for water twice and they denied her water both times and she ended up passing out on the bed in front of the doctor.
