I found Renee to be a huge support to me, particularly through pregnancy. She was both very knowledgeable about the diet and supplement side of my health, while also understanding of and factored in lifestyle changes which I really appreciated.
I recommend Renée with the highest of highs. A wonderful listener, looking at the whole picture of my health and putting together an achievable path to better sexual health, period cycles, gut health and digestion. Refreshingly did not push an enormous quantity of medication, just what was needed with excellent food, exercise advice and contacts. I have referred friends and they too have had wonderful consultations with Renée.
Renee took the time to get to know me, the challenges I was facing and provided practical advice, knowledge and steps I could take to improve my health following my second baby. She made me feel heard and understood and it turned my post-partum experience around. 10/10 recommend working with her!
