Dr Scanlon did not follow-up with a second appointment as it did not get scheduled on her part but was on my husbands calendar. When he called to confirm, the slot was already taken after he told her the last LMSW did bother to schedule an appointment and just left him hanging. My husband is feeling unappreciated and engorged this is not good enough where is the trust?
