As a newbie to yoga, I love having Renee give me private lessons. Not only does the personalized attention increase my skills, it also boosts my confidence. She's extremely patient and gentle as she guides me through everything. Even my kitty loves it - she joins right in! I'm sure she would give it 5 stars as well!
Renee’s yoga instruction is great. She guides at your pace to your needs. The poses can be challenging or gentle as you want. Renee explains the poses and brings the spirituality of yoga with little anecdotes, soothing music and essential oils. She’s very intuitive. My arthritic aches diminish and I feel limber and easy afterwards. I highly reccommend Renee’s private instruction!
