Lauren made everything about buying an engagement ring so easy. I had no idea what I was doing and she guided me through the process and helped me pick out the perfect diamond and band. I went to her at the absolute last minute, not giving her enough time to get the band and set the diamond. She gave me a loaner band and set the diamond in it so I could still pop the question when I had planned. Everything was perfect and we got the perfect band in no time.
