Dr. H is the best. Listens to me, and doesn't make me feel crazy! Always have a good experience in her office and with her and the staff.
So disappointed with how this place operates now. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and after my last visit, I wont be coming back. I drive about an hour away to see my doctor and yesterday was the last time. The staff is usually not so friendly, but i can care less since i’m not there to see them. My appointment was at 2pm. I got there early, about 130. I got called in around 215. This place usually runs late so it wasn’t anything new to me. The nurse takes me to a room and asks her questions. Look elsewhere ladies! I called 2-3 weeks ago for a new client appointment because I’m in need of a new OBGYN. Front desk told me to bring in my insurance card, fax over labs from my GP, and arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Day of my appt (after I rearranged my own clients at my job to make this early morning appt) I walked in the office at 9:30 am, and the ladies at the front desk told me my appt didn’t exist.
