The Staff at this practice is completely incompetent would give them less than 1 star if possible. I made an appointment and waited 3 months to be seen by Dr Collins. On the day of the appointment just hours before it was scheduled, I was informed via Voice mail that my appointment was being cancelled because they did not take my insurance. I was confused because I got Dr Collins name from my insurance provider's website. I checked before i called the practice back and sure enough Dr Collins is still on the Insurance website... read more
Dr. Collins is a gem! She took great care of me. She is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled and kind. She takes her time and offers the best choices for personalized hearing solutions. Her customer service is unmatchable. Great support staff too!
After watching my wife struggle for her mom with ‘store front’ hearing aid techs, it has been a joy to see my mother in law able to hear and visit us after finding Dr. Collins and her accurate hearing test and fitting!
