If you want a lawyer who is condescending, non communicative, expensive, and distant then Renee Buxton would be a great attorney for you. Don’t expect timely replies to your questions. Expect at least 1 1/2 to 2 years for your divorce and be prepared to do a lot of the negotiating yourself. She can ultimately get the job done, but in our situation, we didn’t end up on top.
I have never dealt with such an unprofessional place. I’m not sure why people who own businesses treat people poorly. If you don’t like what you do and don’t want to do it it’s very simple and leave the job. I had placed a call a week ago after I called them they called back stating that they were returning my call. Received a phone call from Jennifer chappiatta calling back on a call I made a week ago? She was on the phone being very rude, snappy, & didn’t seem like she wanted to talk. Not sure why she called back then? Both her and Megan responded in such an unprofessional manner. Had a couple friends witness this as she called when we were in the car. Renee Buxton is condescending, unreliable, and a terrible communicator. She withdrew from my divorce case just before it was settled and never talked to me to explain why. I had to hire another attorney to finalize the agreement. Worst experience with an attorney, ever.
