We appreciated that as most dealers works never tell you what to expect if it may be a negative. I definitely recommend them.

As a traveler from Ontario, I recently had an issue with my trailer and stopped by Rene Service and Trailer Sales unannounced on a Friday afternoon. They looked at it right away, even though they were busy and my trailer wasn't bought there. They then booked me in for the Monday morning, where an employee spent an hour checking everything over and dealt with the issue so I could resume my travels. Excellent staff and excellent service.
