As a traveler from Ontario, I recently had an issue with my trailer and stopped by Rene Service and Trailer Sales unannounced on a Friday afternoon. They looked at it right away, even though they were busy and my trailer wasn't bought there. They then booked me in for the Monday morning, where an employee spent an hour checking everything over and dealt with the issue so I could resume my travels. Excellent staff and excellent service.
Honestly this business is a literal life saver. I was able to secure an appointment on super short notice. The mechanic was friendly and provided expertise and courtesy regarding what we needed. We ended up needing a few bearing seals and new tires, to which they promptly had them delivered within 30 minutes and installed within that hour. All services were completed within two and half hours; and at a considerably fair price given the circumstances. J’ai arraché mon air climatisé de fifth wheel sur le viaduc en traversant de Poite-a-la-croix vers Campbellton pis j’ai arrêté chez René trailer prendre une chance qu’il pourrait me dépanner ils ont fait mieux ils ont pu changer mon air climatisé en une heure!
