Unprofessional, unethical, bordering on possible malpractice: office prescribed a 3 week trial medication, prior to the end of the trial requested to make contact with office if positive response from medication per ARNP under Santoscoy. Per office staff Santoscoy "intercepted" message to ARNP and refused to send in refills.
