The office as a whole was very pleasant and professional but I do struggle with the lack of time Dr Rivera spent diagnosing my health issues, or a clear understanding to a plan of care/treatment for a possible resolution to my issues. I feel there is a disconnect, a lack of compassion/empathy I desire from a physician. I have never left an appointment or procedure with a feeling of understanding or an action plan for an improved/ more comfortable life. I'm just a number, not an actual person needing guidance.
