Horrible receptionist! Cuts you off, had to repeat myself multiple times. Tried asking a question about the possibility of an extra charge to correct/initial a past date (was not able to make an appointment at that time when documents were sent from out of province, so signatures dates are outdated) she couldn't answer and wanted me to email documents for review, I asked why can't I just get an answer before booking an appointment instead of emailing my documents, that way maybe I could have got the sender to update new date... read more
