She is extremely unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about her patients. Multiple times i have been left without meds and had horrible withdrawal symptoms because she forgot to put in the refill for the pharmacy.
I absolutely regret my visit with this doctor. She was cold and indifferent with my child and made wild unrelated comments about my child. Unprofessional, was 15 minutes late, did not apologize or give an explanation. She did not make eye contact when asking me questions, had her back turned to me. I felt she completely wasted my time and absolutely did not care.
I went to see her a few years ago hoping I would have better luck than I did with PCP. I used to see Dr. Carpenter in NL and he was absolutely amazing but do to insurance changes in his clinic I had to seek a new provider. Let me say, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and it didn't take long for me to decide I was never returning. She was extremely judgemental. By far the worst experience of my life! I was looking forward to establishing psych care, finally getting some answers by a professional & help getting a clearer diagnosis. I'm a woman in mid 30s. I walked away bawling my eyes out after this visit. She seemed like she would rather be ANYWHERE in the world than to be in that room with me.
