The whole experience went fine. Blood was drawn. Dr. Castillo is a wonderful Doctor. Overall this visit was great.
Went in to see my doctor and for a Therapeutic Phlebotomy. Arrived minutes before my appointment time. One and a half hours later, I am sitting in the exam room before my doctor came in to see me. After my exam, I finally went in for the procedure. Just seems that the 2 1/2 total time was a little excessive. However, the nurses that conducted the procedure were very caring, super nice, and very professional. Hopefully, my next visit will go much smoother.
Team of caregivers from receptionist to Dr to nurses were super kind and attentive to my visit of infusion for osteoporosis. I will return to the San Marcos location
Texas Oncology in San Marcos runs like a well oiled machine. Julian Ortega Emailed documents to me to be completed and kept me on task for competition. Receptionist was kind and ready for me when I signed in. Dr Ortega reviewed my records with me explained what was going to happen. My specialist assigned to me was gentle and talked me through the procedure and was so nice to give me what to do after. This is an AWESOME TEAM!
