lousy office super super super unprofessional
I’ve been trying to get an urgent medication refill through this office, and the process was extremely frustrating and delayed when I’m already in pain. I called yesterday to request a refill, and the front desk told me to call my pharmacy today to confirm they received it. When I called my pharmacy, they still hadn’t received anything.
