Dr. Cai and Dr. Zhenlio are great providers that have a warm, compassionate and caring demeanor that helped us ease the anxiety that me and my mom had. They take the time to explain and we feel very safe knowing that we are in great hands. The wonderful staff made it easy to navigate the system to get my mom the care she needed. I do not recommend Dr. Steven Cai. His surgery on my parent resulted in complications. Before the surgery, he did not mention the possibility of those complications, rather, he presented the surgery as something routine. After the surgery, my parent followed up with him periodically. The doctor never solved the complications. As time went on, we found it harder and harder to get an appointment from him. He would try to cancel an appointment that was made months in advance.
