DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTOR! Don't waste your time in seeing him. He does not care about his patients. No code of ethic. He refused in seeing my mom after she got discharged from ER the night before due to elevated BP being over 200. The ER doctor recommended following up with her cardiologist and yet this doctor sent my mom home without seeing her. I was accompanied my family member to see Dr Chang, and Dr Chang is the good doctor always has good attitude to every patient and staff also have good service for their patients.
Dr Chang was very patient when I came in with my mom. The way she spoke with my mom was clear and easy to understand. It was really obvious that she was very focused on her job.
The doctor and staff are super helpful and welcoming. They will make sure you’re taken care of.
