Very goo
I had an ultrasound scheduled for 2:00 PM today. I got there early at 1:40 PM, and the front desk told me the staff went out for lunch. I was like, okay, fine. But 2:00 PM passed, and they still weren't back. They finally showed up at 2:25 PM! To make things worse, there was another patient who also had a 2:00 PM appointment. When I finally went into the exam room, his doctor still hadn't returned from lunch either. Unbelievable.
Went to see Dr Yeoun on Staten Island. The staff was very nice and the office seemed run well.. Dr Yeoun was great. He was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. He is now my new gastrointologist.
worse experience. Called and was told to get there anytime before 4pm to see the doctor. Got there at 2:30 pm. Waited for half an hour just for receptionist to came out. She then told me that doctor was leaving at 3pm and I needed to make an appointment to come back!
Poor practices. Telling a negative reviewers that they are not a patient of there's. Which I'm not now because of the comment. There's no responsibility or upright practice of a honored doctor or owner of a medical organization to say should demoralizing word. Which cut my heart meds because I live out of state now and can't make it to see the doctor. I have a insufferable 2 days without my meds and have to visit the emergency room for it.
