Everyone is very nice and you don't have to wait long.
I cannot comment on Dr. Wu's actual service or expertise, as my appointment was cancelled only 25 minutes before it was scheduled to begin. I booked a 4:15 PM appointment a week in advance, reportedly the latest available slot for new patients. While in transit to the appointment, I received a call requesting that I reschedule, simply because the doctor does not want to see new patients after 4:00 PM. My family have been seeing Dr Wu for many years. Dr Wu is very patient, knowledgeable and caring. Other physicians and his teams are all wonderful and friendly. Highly recommended.
