I am very disappointed with my experience at Rendr Clinic and Dr. Hui-ju Liu. Although the clinic received my biopsy results, they did not ask for the detailed lab report despite multiple requests in my end. I had an appointment with Dr. Hui-Ju Liu this morning, expecting to review the complete results and get more clarity about my condition. The ladies working at the front desk are super unprofessional. We had scheduled an appointment for this visit but they had forgot to put it in the system last time and we ended up waiting for 2 hours today. Once we arrived we told them we had a scheduled appointment and the lady screamed at us to put our name down and to sit down and wait.
