Communication here is non-existent. Expect to spend at least 10–15 minutes on hold every time you call, assuming they even pick up. We’ve had to follow up every week for a month because of documentation errors that never get fixed. It shouldn't be this hard to help your parents get their medication. Extremely disappointing.
The receptionist was extremely unprofessional; I suspect she didn't even know the basic meaning of an appointment time.
