TLDR: You should believe all reviews complaining about the wait times even with appointments. Took my dad here a few times, each time we had appointments. The first time, we waited over four hours on a weekend. I am currently here with him on the another visit (because I’m a slow learner) on a weekday. Made an appointment and was late 2 mins due to heavy rain and traffic. Then you’re considered as a walk in and made you wait long. There’s no communication as to how long you’ll be waiting. If you’re self pay then they’ll take you in quick. Poor management and poor communication!

Worst clinic. I advise you to change to a different one. The wait time is ridiculous, even if you have an appointment. Too many patients and only two doctors.
