Incompetent on every level. From waiting 30 minutes to learn that I need to call my insurance to choose a PCP, to Nurses telling me that I need to see their doctor for a blood test when I've already seen a doctor somewhere else, to the doctor wasting my time when I don't need to see her and never requested to. The female doctor just doesn't understand that I need to leave and kept telling me things that I don't need to know. I spent over 90 minutes here just for a blood test.
