This is supposed to be luxury? They sent me to collections while owing me money. This is one of the most expensive places to rent in Tucson and it’s marketed as high-end. But the management is shockingly disorganized. I had to move out two months early and followed their lease break process. I owed $4.1K just to break the lease and was given 4 months to do it. I would not recommend this apartment. From day 1 we have had issues, including not receiving our move in incentive for months and being told the incorrect rent amount. There a multiple safety features that have been brought up but management has not addressed. First off, the front door of the building is never locked. Anyone can walk in at any hour of the night and get access to the building. Secondly, the private courtyard is also accessible to anyone by reaching their arm over and opening the door.
