Considering the price of the apartments I was surprised by the poor management. The apartments are modern and well-lit, but the mail/delivery system is dysfunctional and management is almost impossible to get ahold of. The building manager rarely returned emails and never returned calls, and generally did not follow through after agreeing to help resolve issues.
The first time we toured the apartment, they gave us a price and a promotion because we were renting in January. Supposedly, we were going to receive a gift card, but we never got it. They also told us that choosing a 12‑month lease would be cheaper. However, when it was time to move in and sign the lease, they raised the price. We were already prepared to move in, so we felt like we couldn’t say no. Throughout the year, there were constant issues with the trash. Jordan has been the biggest and best help that i have experienced in the process of renting a new apartment. She has worked so hard to help get my application processed with my unique situation. I really enjoyed the tour she gave me, as she was able to answer all my questions, and is just a pleasure to be around. She also went well out of her way to help me find the right place that fit my budget. I didnt deserve the special treatment i was given here. I strongly suggest you come in for a tour. The apartments are very nice.
Rendezvous Urban Flats is hands-down one of the best places to live in Tucson. The location is perfect—close to downtown, great food, and everything you actually want to be near. The building feels modern, clean, and well cared for, and the units are stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out.
