Nicely presented hotel with a great bar/restaurant and close proximity to Southbank. I wasn't happy with the bed, as instead of a double, it was two single beds pushed together. Also, the rooms could use some soundproofing.
Great location, close to Flinders st Station, NGV and Marvel stadium. Room was a little small with limited wardrobe size. Slight train noise. Overall a very good experience.
Hi I’m Very disappointing stay. We booked 3 nights and for the first 2 nights the room was not serviced at all — no clean towels, no rubbish removal, nothing. Only after repeated complaints did someone finally come, and even then the job was poorly done: the bed was not properly made and rubbish was left behind. Housekeeping was far below basic hotel standards. Would not recommend.
