We have booked a room for 28 days, expecting a consistent and professional level of service in line with the standards that Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne claims to uphold. However, our experience so far has been entirely disappointing and frustrating. On April 9, our room was not cleaned at all. On April 10, although the room was “cleaned,” the service was careless and unprofessional — the glasses were not washed, our shoes were left scattered around the floor, and the bed remained messy and half-made.
