If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t know if it was racism or just incredibly unprofessional behavior but my experience here was awful. I went to rent a boat and asked politely and one of the staff looked at me said ‘what?’ and then started laughing with his coworkers. I explained again asked what I needed to submit and he said ‘We close at 7:30pm. We’re closed now’ even though it was only 6:00pm.
