I want to begin with food and cocktails. Hans serves up great cocktails, on their menu and others. The beet salad is off the charts! The endive leaf cradling gorgeous golden chunks of beet, with the perfect coating of labneh and herbs. The patates frites. Words really can’t do them justice and if someone finds them, please share.
