Never use them as a tow company, I asked them to tow the cars only out of the lot that they were doing repairs from. Instead the driver took it upon himself to tow from a different lot. They saw the work order said the lot that was being worked on and still took the resident car. Refusing to release the car or even speak with a manager the nasty clerk will just leave you on hold or say no one is available. Do not use this service they are shysters!!!!!

Had bad experience they towed my cargo van and when I went to picked it up I checked the box where I had my bag pack I checked that and my $420 was last I asked the old lady and she was like the driver went home and we don’t know nothing about it. They’re are robbing people and there drivers how can they go into someone’s car and stele there money from it how can they do this Just for 10 minutes parking cast me $520 plus $420 $940 sham on you guys for doing this type of stuff.

The absolute worst ever Towing company I had to deal with and I've been in Chicago and all my life. 5583 Is her ID number. They Towed my car and when I went to pay for the release of my vehicle the lady behind the window at the tow location laughed at 6 of us because we we all upset. The lady that works there that takes you money also asked "if I wanted to work there since I have something to say" So unprofessional and then as.other witnesses heard her she got into it with another lady and to her she makes more money all us ... read more
