I will never go through Lowe's or Render's fence service for any home improvement needs period. The whole experience was awful. The job was done half assed, parts were missing that I had to purchase and install myself, because the installer never returned. Got my wife to sign his paper saying he was done as she was getting our daughter out of the car from school. Her mistake, but he said he would be back with the parts he was missing. Wish I knew that Lowes used this company for a contractor prior to signing with Lowes. They sent 1 person for the whole job. He rushed and took longer than projected because he didn’t want to work with anyone else (admittedly) He left boards un nailed and flapping in the wind. Gave away materials to the neighbor that I paid for. Did not do all the cleanup as paid for and Promised and left hazards in the yard. Not even a month in and parts of the fence are failing. If I could give them 0 stars, I would! We waited 5 months for our install and when it finally happened, they told us they were missing a part for our privacy gate. We were more than understanding and were told the new part would come within a few days. Almost 2 weeks later they finally come back with the wrong part. We finally got the gate installed almost a month after the fence was done and it is horrible!
