Render fitness is such a special find! It’s a great workout and a wonderful experience
I’ve been going to Render for a few months now and LOVE it. It’s a great workout that leaves you feeling loose, recharged, and accomplished. The classes are hard but not punishing-which was important to me now that I’m in my 30s. The teachers are so kind and encouraging, and frequently offer modification suggestions during the workout with 0 judgment. And even when you occasionally modify, these workouts are super effective!
