I pulled into your business today 8/17 to buy a new travel trailer and was met by a women in the parking lot and was told to leave this area. This is where all the trailers were located! She talked to me so poorly that I left and drove to Cleburne and spent 36,000.00 on a new travel trailer. I hope this will help you learn how to talk to potential customers.
Excellent, experienced service department. We were new to the travel trailer experience and they were helpful and knowledgeable. Walked us through all the things we needed to know and do. We felt like the costs were very reasonable, as well. Highly recommend!!
The staff at Rendel was fantastic! From sales to service. I purchased a travel trailer from a competitor in the same town less than a year ago. When I quickly realized it wasn't big enough to accommodate my needs I wanted to trade it for a larger one. I went to the previous dealer but had a worse experience than the first time. Got my first RV, went with my father signed some paperwork. Workers were very nice and professional. The RV Tech James was very professional and insightful as well. Overall a great experience. Recommended!
