I have worked with Renda for several years. She replaced our roof and was a fantastic partner to navigate the project. She continues to inspect our roof on a regular basis and is always responsive and reliable.
Renda and her team took great care of my family after a hail storm. Our roof, gutters, garage door siding, and garage door were all damaged. Renda made her own report to the insurance company, pushing them to acknowledge and cover all the damage. Then she and her team did great work on our home, even giving us additional information about our roof to make sure we were solar-ready, and recommending a solar company. Now we are using them again for home repairs. Thanks, Renda!
Renda the Roofer (in a former business iteration) and her team were referred to us through a relative who is in real estate. We found out Renda is a liar and a scammer. She gave an openly inflated quote to insurance to get more money and then demanded we the homeowners hand over the entire amount without her crew completing the roof/soffit/fascia/garage door etc. replacement. We withheld a small amount of the insurance claim check to try to guarantee completion of work. They dented, damaged and put holes in existing material... read more
Renda was really responsive and straightforward when we met about roof repair following a hail storm. She definitely wants to leave clients happy and with a nicer property than they started with!
Renda The Roofer was so quick to respond to my request...I was immediately impressed. I am posting this review on December 13th. We've had over 15 inches of snow so far, and my 100 yr old bungalow was forming ice dams. Renda used a roof rake to pull snow off above the ice build-up. Our forecast indicates a thaw in the next couple of days, and the service performed will help avert catastrophe. I highly recommend RTR. Total thumbs-up!!
