We had an excellent experience with Renda. She worked with the insurance company to get our roof covered, then her team did an awesome job of putting on the new roof, cleaning everything up and being professional. Renda was available anytime I needed to chat with her and was very responsive and helpful. My husband referred to her as a ‘bulldog’ because she was truly an advocate on our behalf!
Renda and her team were fantastic to work with: efficient without being pushy; excellent communicators; pros at working with insurance; thorough, clean, and great at sticking to deadlines. I'm so glad I hired them.
RTR was prompt, responsive, courteous, and reasonably priced for my recent small project. I would definitely recommend her for any projects, and when more projects of mine come up, she's at the top of my call list.
They managed to sneak us in during a warm spell in February and did a fantastic job.
