Overall great experience working with the team, they were very welcoming and made everything very understanding. 100 percent recommend renting!
Really cool unique spaces in downtown, working with the leasing was a great experience, Tate especially! All the janitorial staff and maintenance worlds are very kind and promptly responds to any requests made, Noah was great when he was anytime I needed help! 10/10 recommend renting from RenCorp
Edit 7/3/2025 This is my 6 month update with RenCorp. While living in one of their historic buildings both management and maintenance have been very diligent in resolving simple issues to more complex issues that arise in older buildings. To this day I am still pleased with RenCorp. Rencorp works with their diverse residents and in my experience is very understanding. Even in the difficult times RenCorp does exceptional work. Just whatever you do don't rent from these people they are the worst extremely unprofessional especially ivy the supposed wannabe landlord the definition of a slumlord
