I recently purchased a human hair wig from Jon Renau. I wore it for one week and then washed it as directed. It was a straight wig when styled but could also be worn wavy after washing without straigtening. After the first wash, I attempted to straighten it. It would not return to the original straight, smooth state when I used the straightener and it actually looked worse/frizzier. I washed it again after a few days and continued to just leave it wavy as it looked a bit better that way then the frizzy straightened version. ... read more

Thanks to the wonderful team of specialists at Jon Renau, my sister has been set up with the most beautiful hair to get her through her chemo journey. She initially had an issue getting a custom halo made through a different wig shop and I reached out to Jon Renau for some help in getting her what she needed. They responded right away via email and phone calls and got my sister the hair that she needed within a few short days.
