Had used Renato before, but now will have to look for a new garage. Trusted and actually ordered the service for our Macan Said that the whole steering mechanism had to be replaced because of a damaged below. I said to contact us when ready. Never replied and had to look somewhere else. Lucky me, as replacing just the below was possible with £20 plus service instead of £750. Unfortunately lack of communication and irregular quotes dropped my trust in this workshop.
Really great mechanic, got my car fixed in no time and was able to get back to work with no problem!
He and his wife are very cordial. He does a great job, and he doesn't overcharge his clients. I recommend him 100%. This is the third time he has fixed something in my car.
