I write this to inform patients to save their time and energy, to get another doc. Dr. Ukowska is supposed to be a medical practitioner; able to connect with patience, diagnose them well, listen to them, make them feel heard and safe. However, as a patients, we don't feel any of these (myself and others I know). She is dismissive, rushed, unbothered, uninterested and cold. The wait time is insane (30min and up). Not reliable in terms of appointments. They keep canceling your appointment or changing your appointment last minute. I always tried to be patient for the last year. But I am done with them this time! Today I arrived for my appointment at 9:40 am and the staff said the doctor wouldn’t be there until noon, claiming they told me. I showed them their own text message to my phone regarding 9:40 am confirmation and they ignored it. I had to get one day off from my job and find a sub and so many other inconvenient things to get th... read more
