Dr. Renate Ukowska, MD, I had an appointment scheduled for 2:40 PM and checked in at 2:25 PM. However, I was not seen until approximately 4:15 PM. During that time, I repeatedly asked the staff about the delay and was told several times that I was “next.” When I asked the receptionist again, she responded in a very rude manner. The wait time for Dr Ukowska is unacceptable. I've been there twice with my mother, who has spine and hip issues and cannot sit for long periods. Waiting around 2 hours-even when arriving 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment is simply not acceptable, but doctor Ukowska is pleasant and competent physician and we appreciate her professionalism.My one star review is mainly based on the long waiting time to see the doctor.

I write this to inform patients to save their time and energy, to get another doc. Dr. Ukowska is supposed to be a medical practitioner; able to connect with patience, diagnose them well, listen to them, make them feel heard and safe. However, as a patients, we don't feel any of these (myself and others I know). She is dismissive, rushed, unbothered, uninterested and cold. The wait time is insane (30min and up). Not reliable in terms of appointments. They keep canceling your appointment or changing your appointment last minute. I always tried to be patient for the last year. But I am done with them this time! Today I arrived for my appointment at 9:40 am and the staff said the doctor wouldn’t be there until noon, claiming they told me. I showed them their own text message to my phone regarding 9:40 am confirmation and they ignored it.
