Dr Batko is excellent. She determined from a normal visit that my mom should see a specialist to screen for a specfic type of cancer. The specialist confirmed the cancer and my mom received treatment quickly. If not for Dr Batko’s thorough office visit , I dont think the cancer would have been found soon enough to save my mothers life.

Dr. Batko has wonderful bedside manner. She listens to you and seems to be concerned about your problems. My experience with her office, however, was absolutely TERRIBLE. Never again will I go back to this primary care office. I had made an appointment for a physical. I went and had blood work done. I knew I was going to receive a bill from the lab due to the type of labs that I had done. My mother loved Dr. Batko. Unfortunately it became nearly impossible to see her. Office waits were minimally and hour and often stretches into 3 to 4. My mother passed away more than a month ago and Dr. Batko has yet to sign the death certificate. Each time I call it takes 45 minutes or more to get to talk to the right person. She is so disorganized it becomes detrimental to her patient care. I am sorry for that because she does seem to be a caring doctor.
