Charged me $500 for a phone consultation where I was just trying to switch from a Dexcom 6 to a 7. Update: I’ve pieced the two together. The unknown charge I had in my insurance, with this unknown doctor, is connected with the actual provider (different name) I saw in Innovative Primary care - Lincoln ave location. ———— I have no idea why, but I visited Innovative Care for my annual well-woman exam with Dr. Ahmed. During that visit, I had to take 5 minutes or more within my appointment to speak with Dr. Ahmed about the HIPPA violations the front desk associates enacted. Renata is such an amazing doctor! She really listens to your concerns and addresses appropriately. My favorite thing about her is her efficiency and availability. She is always quick to answer my chat questions through the portal and refill my prescriptions immediately. She is the best!!
This is an amazing place! Having just moved out to Chicago, I was afraid to start a new healthcare system and look for a new primary doctor! I am so happy I found Innovative Care! Thanks for making me feel at home! No more fears here!!
