You're not allowed to drink milk, they have a sign on the fridge saying MILK IS NOT A BEVERAGE. you'll be screamed at by the male councilors named whym and jim(james) in aggressive and demeaning ways openly in front of other staff and residents, if you try and file a complaint it won't be taken seriously, they don't have enough funding to put outlet covers on electrical boxes with open holes in the walls full of bunched up wire (against electrical code) but you see staff pulling up in Mercedes Benz and brand new broncos. 12 yrs ago this place had amazing councilors with real sobriety not just time like now.(angry white knuckling babysitters) I went back after a slip 2 yrs ago unaware of the horrible changes and cheap management decisions i lasted 8 days due to the incompetence and lack of empathy from the councilors, they had sobriety time but I wouldn't trade the sobriety I have now with any of them. Let’s face it, rehab is not somewhere majority of people want to go, but I can say in complete honesty, if you or someone you care about requires help battling an addiction, Renascent is a great place to go! The councilors there are top notch, providing empathy, compassion, understanding, and quality addiction and mental health care. The aftercare program I have found to be essential as it helps to keep you on track once back in the real world.
