This has to be the worst branch ever. It looks like a ghost town when you go there. The branch manager is also very unprofessional and rude. My account was closed with zero explanation. This is not how you treat your customers, especially ones who have been with the bank for years. I would never recommend Renasant Bank to anyone. I wish I could give them zero stars but Google doesn't allow that.
