The staff is generally nice, but the banking is the most disorganized, slow, and error filled I have ever seen…the amount of times I’ve had to call to correct issues, changes showing incorrect, wrong dates, random fees mystery fees they always apologize for and have no idea how they happened…not to mention the app, it is incredibly unreliable.
