Whoever’s on drive thru today (5/6/25) customer service was HORRIBLE! This lady didn’t speak at all not a “Hello how are you doing” and when she did say something it was with a tone of attitude . Cashed my check but she never proceeded to ask how did I want the money back or anything. Been going to this bank for years and this the first bad experience I ever had with them

Been with this banks for over 11 years and came in to get help getting on my online app. Computers shows I’ve been banking with them 2 years? No help getting on app. If the lady who opened my account can’t help me who can? They don’t have full access banking like the other up to date banks so I’m moving to a better bank. But they pushed their credit card entire visit. Changing telephone number on account u have to visit instead of online anyway
