Been with this banks for over 11 years and came in to get help getting on my online app. Computers shows I’ve been banking with them 2 years? No help getting on app. If the lady who opened my account can’t help me who can? They don’t have full access banking like the other up to date banks so I’m moving to a better bank. But they pushed their credit card entire visit. Changing telephone number on account u have to visit instead of online anyway

We have banked with Renasant for 12 years and after 3 separate (major) issues, we will be moving to another bank. They are not helpful, the afterhours line is a joke, and if you have a problem, good luck in getting it resolved quickly. I should have switched after the first problem with them but I incorrectly assumed they would help since we have been loyal. They don't care about the customer and I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone.
Probably the worst Renasant branch they have. I had over $300 stolen from my account from fraudulent charges and no one helped to get my money back. Everyone I spoke to blamed it on different departments, and I still am out my money. I have been with Renasant since 2016 and they have gone down-hill these last few years.
