This bank bought my current bank. This has been the WORST experience ever. If I could leave zero stars I would!! Sat on hold today for 2 1/2 hours - only to be told I was not enrolled in online banking when I have been for over 4 years! Do Not bank here! I have not had online access to my accounts in two days! Unacceptable

I currently am a customer at Renasant bank which I love there are very hands on with customers and go above and beyond to help you with all and I do mean all of your banking needs. Matthew Bell helped me open and account when other banks told me no do to me being reported in the check system yrs later, later He has also helped me again by saving my charged off business account that was about to be closed when I fell sick with covid19 and lost my income for over 2 months.
